For many farms, traditional junior loans require a repayment pace that can be challenging from a cash flow perspective. In those cases, our hybrid loan is often a more suitable structure. However, for farms with exceptionally strong and stable cash flow — such as in horticulture or certain livestock operations — a junior loan may still be a viable complement to bank financing.
