The loan applicant is an established agribusiness in western Skåne that is seeking a 5-year term loan with a customized repayment schedule. The loan will be secured with company mortgage as collateral. The farm has long term experience in regenerative crop production and practices a varied 6-year crop rotation including cover crops and nitrogen fixing crops that contribute to biodiversity, soil health, and carbon drawdown.
